Which Is Better: Natural or Synthetic

God created natural, entire vitamins, and in the beginning, people could acquire these vitamins from eating their vegetables and fruits. Then, humans drained the soil of its nutrients, diminishing the quality of the food we ate.
The original flavor and nutritional value of apples, peaches, and pumpkin pie diminished as they were cultivated further away from Eden. To my knowledge, that is not a problem at all. All that’s required is a little sugar and artificial flavoring, and you’re done!Vitamins were created by humans to compensate for the nutritional deficiencies in our dietary supply. Scientists eventually came up with the idea, “Let’s make synthetic vitamins!” In that way, they can be produced at a low cost while still offering the same health benefits as more expensive natural supplements.
We now have evidence that manufactured vitamin supplements are inferior to their natural counterparts. It’s not even close.
Experiments have demonstrated that polarized light behaves quite differently when shone through synthetic vitamins compared to whole vitamins, proving the idea. Whole vitamins cause a rightward deflection of polarized light. The light beam is also split in two when it is shone through a synthetic vitamin.
The vitamin supplements available on the market today cannot compare to the full vitamins found in nature. In terms of biological action, synthetic vitamins only provide about half of what whole vitamins do. Science has shown that synthetic vitamin supplements are not only ineffective but also potentially harmful.
Yet, the majority of vitamins sold today are made from synthetic, rather than complete, vitamins. Why? because it’s considerably more cost-effective to produce synthetic vitamins. Those who care about their health should realize the significance of supplying their bodies with entire vitamins and other essential nutrients.
Ascorbic Acid: A Poison
Ascorbic acid, the manmade form of vitamin C, is a good illustration. Ascorbic acid has been found to double the thickness of artery walls in the heart, which can be harmful to the body. Ascorbic acid is dangerous, so beware!

Beware: Vitamin E Synthesis Doesn’t Work

Synthetic vitamin E is yet another case in point. Evidence suggests that the synthetic form of Vitamin E might actually leach minerals and nutrients from your bones. In other cases, synthetic vitamin E may even be harmful.
Let’s be honest: there is no replacement for the vitamins and minerals found in whole foods. Minerals and vitamins, ranging from A to Zinc, are critical to human health and must be consumed in the appropriate amounts.According to Taber’s Medical Dictionary, vitamins are necessary for proper cellular metabolism, healthy growth, and continued existence. It would be impossible to stay in good health without them. The value of vitamin supplements has been questioned until recently. Studies published in The Journal of the American Medical Association, however, determined that everyone should take a multivitamin daily, putting an end to the debate.
While your body struggles to make up for lost nutrients, you may feel the effects. Over time, nutritional deficiencies might cause serious health problems. Some people act as if their body can take anything it can throw at it.
Be realistic. Keep in mind how valuable your health is. You should treat your body with the respect it deserves. Maintaining good health necessitates the daily consumption of the necessary macro- and micronutrients.
